TAN SRI SHAMSURI ARSHAD

Corporate & Strategic Planning

The former Deputy Inspector General of Police graduated from the Imperial Defense College (IDC), London and is a Fellow of Harvard University.

A strategic thinker with specialist expertise in public corporate security, security education, crisis management and career development.

Taking a strategic and total view of issues, he plans and oversees all major projects. He follows major national developments and brings out their significance to corporate strategy and the culture of prevention.

COL. ABDULLAH BIN MOHD ALI (R)

Military Intelligence & Security Affairs

Graduated from the Royal Thai Military Academy and served as Senior Staff Officer with foreign countries and intelligence advisory responsibilities.

He possesses extensive international experience in military operations, intelligence coordination, and security affairs across multiple strategic environments.

MR. V. NITCHSINGAM

Corporate Loss Prevention & Risk Management Consultant

A former Superintendent of Police (Internal Security) and General Manager/Director of three commercial security agencies, he is currently a corporate loss prevention and risk management consultant within the region.

He is a graduate of University Malaya, with postgraduate studies from the London School of Economics and professionally trained in Intelligence (UK), Safety (NIOSH), and Aviation Security (Northwestern/SIA).

DATO’ M. ELAYPPEN

Group Managing Director

A Head of Human Resources and Corporate Risks in two multinationals, panel member in the Industrial Court and currently Group Managing Director of Orbit Force Security, Orbit Asia Risk Consultancy, Orbit Global Technologies & Paradigm Management Consultancy.

He brings a wealth of experience in human resource management and risk mitigations. He is a graduate of Universiti Utara Malaysia with a Masters in Business Administration (MBA) from Universiti Putra Malaysia.

MISS. THE SEW HONG

Corporate Finance & Advisory Services

She is a member of the Malaysian Institute of Certified Public Accountants, Association of Chartered Certified Accountants, CPA Australia, and the Malaysian Institute of Accountants.

She spent the early years of her career with international firms of Chartered Accountants in Malaysia, where she specialised in auditing and consultancy services.

Sew Hong possesses more than twenty years of experience in corporate finance, advisory services, accounting, and auditing.

MR. RIDZUAN JAAFAR

Human Resource Consultant

A seasoned human resource consultant with over 30 years of experience across MOF-owned organisations, Japanese multinational corporations, and large Malaysian conglomerates.

Having served as HR lead in multiple organisations, including 12 years within an MOF-owned company, he brings deep and pragmatic expertise in employment laws and compliance, industrial and employee relations, HR policy development, compensation strategies, talent management, and HR transformation initiatives.

MR. ASHOK SUBRAMANIAM

Investigations & Enterprise Risk Leader

A graduate of Irish International University in Computer Science and Risk Management, he is a senior investigations and enterprise risk leader with over 20 years of experience in intelligence, security operations, and due diligence.

He has led large-scale investigative initiatives, enterprise security transformations, and governance enhancement strategies across both corporate and government sectors.

Known for strategic clarity and disciplined execution, he builds high-trust stakeholder partnerships while strengthening organisational resilience and protecting enterprise value.

MR. HEMAATH KUMAR

Commercial Crime Investigation Specialist

A retired Sergeant and former investigating police officer with over 10 years of investigative experience across commercial crime cases.

He is recognised as a strategic thinker in the investigation and management of commercial crime matters.

Graduated from KDU College and holds a Degree in Law (LLB) from the University of London.
